We’re so grateful to have you as part of our celebration and want to ensure you have all the information you need. Our wedding will be on Sunday, April 27th, 2025 from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM at The Simon (957 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027). Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking and your seats.

Where can I park?
Where can I park?
The Simon does not have any reserved parking spots. However, there are a lot of free parking options nearby. Here are some suggestions:
The DELO lot: 1181 South St, Louisville, CO 80027
The Library Underground Parking Garage: 951 Spruce St, Louisville, CO 80027
Street Parking can also be found all around the venue, even in the surrounding neighborhoods (outside the dotted yellow lines in the map to the left). Just look out for any signage that might specify parking restrictions.

Map Guide:
The map to the left has a bright yellow star where the venue is located and the red circles are the bigger lots nearby that I have listed above. Any orange-highlighted areas near the star on the map are also great options. As mentioned previously, there is a lot of additional parking not highlighted by this map in the surrounding neighborhood areas that are also available, just make sure to read any posted signs.

We love little ones, but due to limited space, we're only able to include children who are specifically listed on the invitation. We hope you understand that this helps us create a special and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Note: If your invitation says "and family" or "[last name] family" your kids are included in our guest count and welcome to come.

If your invitation includes "[your name] & guest," you’re welcome to bring a plus one! If it doesn’t, we hope you’ll join us solo as we keep the celebration close-knit. We appreciate your understanding!

You can RSVP through our website on the RSVP tab. Please submit this to us before March 23rd including the names of everyone coming from your party. Thanks!
If you are unable to make it you will be missed! Please still fill out an RSVP as soon as possible. Thank you!

What should I wear?
What should I wear?
Our wedding attire is semi-formal, leaning toward cocktail-style. Here’s what that means:
Women: Knee-length, midi dresses, gowns, dressy jumpsuits, or chic skirts and blouses. Opt for elegant fabrics and accessories, and feel free to incorporate fun, spring-inspired colors or floral patterns.
Men: Dress pants or slacks with a button-down shirt, paired with a blazer. Ties are optional but always appreciated for a polished touch.
April weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend layering with a light wrap, shawl, or jacket to stay comfortable.

Our event will be held entirely indoors, so you can enjoy the celebration comfortably, rain or shine!

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate dietary needs! There’s a section in our RSVP form where you can let us know about any allergies or restrictions. If you’ve already submitted your RSVP and forgot to mention something, please feel free to email us with any updates. We want to ensure everyone enjoys their meal!

We welcome and encourage you to capture and share all the fun moments of the wedding! However, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony itself. We’ll have professional photos to share with you afterward, so you won’t miss a thing. Feel free to share the photos you take with us here. Thank you for helping us keep the moment special!

Yes, we do have a registry! You can find it on our website registry page. Your presence at our celebration is already a wonderful gift, but if you’d like to contribute further, we’ve listed some options here. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

What is the weather like?
In late April, Louisville, Colorado typically experiences mild spring weather. You can expect temperatures to range from the mid-40s to mid-60s (°F), with occasional cool evenings. It’s a good idea to dress in layers and bring a light jacket, just in case. We’re looking forward to a lovely day and hope you are too!
